Wizkid becomes first African artiste to win MOBO Best International Act award defeating Jay-Z and others

In the just concluded 2017 MOBO Awards, Popular Nigerian Singer, Wizkid emerged winner in the Best African Act category defeating Jay-Z, Cardi B, Travis Scott, Migos, DJ Khaled, Solange, Drake, SZA and Kendrick Lamar.

This win is another record breaking achievement for Wizkid being the first African Artiste to win in the Best International Act category at the prestigious MOBO AWARDS.

Award for Best International Act is a significant career growth for Wizkid as he joins the likes of Drake, Rihanna, Nikki Minaj, Eminem and co. on the list winners of that category.
