A fan of Justin Bieber got punched in the face by the singer when trying to reach out to Justin who was in his car.
In the video below, the fan who ended up with a torn lip can be seen reaching out to touch Justin while the car rolls past at a slow speed, but the singer reacts as the car drives away, he punched the fan in the face.
The fan was left shocked before turning to face the camera and showing his bloodied lip.
