Popular Nollywood actress appears in court for allegedly stealing over N500k

Actress and Nollywood movie producer Joy Anyim was recently arraigned in Uyo court for theft. 
According to AKBC, the state major broadcasting service, and other prominent tabloids in Akwa Ibom State, she appeared before a Magistrate court on October 7th, 2016 on a one count charge of theft of the sum of #460,000 from a friend. 

One report claims that Joy Anyim was remanded in prison and given a bail option of 500, 000 naira after the court case.

While another report claims the case was further adjourned until the 13th of October, 2016.
