President Buhari last night had a meeting with principal officers of the National Assembly. In attendance were the Senate President Bukola Saraki, Speaker of the House of Representatives Yakubu Dogara and other principal officers from the upper and lowerchambers.
The meeting held at the conference room of the office of the wife of the president at the State House, Abuja. The meeting is coming amidst the increasing dispute between the legislature and the executive on issues such the Peace Corps as well as the rejection of the electoral act that was recently amended by the National Assembly members.
