A TV reality star, Sophia Vegas on a quest to achieve the world’s tiniest waist showed off her bonkers hour-glass figure on a stroll in Beverly Hills yesterday.

German-born Sophia Vegas, who was born Sophia Wollersheim, flaunted her unique ultra-small midriff in a black mesh bodice.

The 30-year-old allegedly underwent surgery to have four ribs removed last year in an attempt to obtain her miniature waist.
