Nigerians on twitter react as Governor Ortom of Benue State donates wheel barrows to empower Benue youths (Photos)

Yesterday, Benue State Governor, Dr. Samuel Ortom donated hundreds of wheelbarrows​ to youths as a way of empowering them. This didn't go down well with some Nigerians on twitter. They weren't happy with the governor's donation and have come out to criticize him. See some of the reactions below:
