The second semester result of Senator Dino Melaye at Ahmadu Bello university in the 1998/1999 academic year has been released by Sahara Reporters. The year in question was his final year and according to the news source, he had failed courses but didn't sit to rewrite them. Yet he got the certificate! That's where the scandal is.
