Photos: Riot in FUT Minna Bosso Campus last night as students burn down school clinic over death of student

A serious riot erupted last night the 15th of February, 2016 in the Federal University of Technology Minna Bosso Campus leading to the burning down of the school clinic.

A male student who was doing a football training with his friends in the school football pitch reportedly collapsed during a friendly football match. He was rushed to the school clinic for treatment but was denied first aid treatment at the clinic because nobody could provide the identity card of the said student, NigerianDailymail reports.

The exhausted student later died while officials were still arguing over ID card issues. This made the students angry leading to a serious riot that led to the burning down of the school's clinic and damage of other properties.
