Cross-section of President Buhari's ministers caught taking a nap during the 2017 budget presentation at the NASS

The Ministers, including red-beret wearing Minister of Youths and Sports Solomon Dalung, were reportedly caught taking a nap while President Buhari was presenting the 2017 budget to the joint session of the National Assembly on Wednesday.
