House of Reps Speaker, Dogara noticeably absent at Nigeria's 56th Independence Celebration (Photos)

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, who is currently soaked in a budget padding scandal, was conspicuously absent at the Independence Day celebration which held in Aso Rock Abuja on Saturday.

The photo above shows President Buhari, VP Yemi Osinbajo, Senate President Bukola Saraki at the event. Dogara who occupies the fourth most important position in the country was not seen at the event. Meanwhile, see a photo of him at last year's independence day celebration below:
