The enmity between the two actress seem to have taken a new turn now. Funke turned a year older on August 24 and amid a torrent of well-wishes from colleagues and fans, Eniola notably ignored her one-time frequent collaborator on her favourite social media accounts.

Yesterday, September 7 was Eniola’s birthday and just as she refrained from wishing her newly-married colleague a happy birthday publicly, Funke too turned a blind eye.
The plus-sized actress shot to stardom on the back of her feature in Funke’s hit movie, Jenifa before the duo went on to form a formidable partnership by appearing in many more movies together.
Despite Eniola playing down any perceived rift with Funke, there seems to now be no love lost between the one-time inseparable friends since they were last seen together publicly almost two years ago.
However, it could be that the actresses are contented with keeping their once-blossoming friendship from public glare.
