A politician gifted his wife a brand new Lamborghini as birthday present only for her to crash it almost immediately (Photos)

A rich Indian politician who gifted his wife a new Lamborghini was rather left shocked after she crashed it almost immediately the car was released to her a video footage has shown.

The footage shows a Lamborghini, owned by an Indian politician BJP MLA Narendra Mehta, rammed the rickshaw at Bhayandar township. Mehta had gifted the saffron-coloured Lamborghini to his wife Suman on her birthday, she reportedly took out the expensive car for a spin before the accident which occurred on August 27th:

Suman allegedly lost control of the vehicle and rammed into the parked auto outside Seven Eleven academy, which is run by the couple.

Mehta rushed out from the school to enquire about the commotion on the road when he found his wife was locked inside the car. According to The Hindustan Times, nobody was injured in the accident, but the impact of the collision damaged the autorickshaw’s headlight.

The politician reportedly paid off the auto driver for the damage caused. No complaint was filed by the police against Mehta’s wife for causing the accident.

"My wife has 18 years of experience and has driven an Audi and other imported cars. The car just touched front of the auto and it was not damaged. Roadside mechanics cannot repair the car, which is currently parked in school premises," he said.
